An 18 year old Fettercairn single malt Scotch whisky, drawn from a consecutive pair of hogshead casks. These casks were filled in October 1997 and cracked open in March 2016, with the whisky bottled by Signatory for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Grassy malt develops into dried herbs and apple slices.
Notes of brown sugar and tropical fruit develop. Still a little bit grassy.
Medium length, with notes of crushed walnuts.
