Independently bottled single malt from Fettercairn here, aged in a refill hoggie from November 1995 to August 2014. It was been bottled by Hinter Laing for their long-running Old Malt Cask range - 318 bottles of this fab Fettercairn were produced.
Raspberry preserves, oatcake, sugary porridge and a hint of worn oak.
Pineapple, coffee bean, flaky pastry and a touch of tobacco.
More old oak arrived on the palate.
