A Hunter Laing bottling of 11 year old Fettercairn single malt, matured from March 2008 to May 2019 in a single refill butt cask. After its little snooze, the whisky was bottled at 50% ABV with an outturn of 606 bottles for the Old Malt Cask range.
Softly oaky, with hints of honey and toasted banana chips in support.
Plenty of vanilla-rich malt to sink your teeth into. Hickory and cut grass too.
Spicier on the finish with white pepper and clove.
