11 year old Fettercairn single malt, distilled back in November 2006 and left to mature in a pair of bourbon barrels. After 11 years of slumber, the casks were cracked open and the whisky was bottled by Signatory in May 2018.
Softly malty, with a touch of melted butter.
Dried apricot, walnut and some savoury hints of oak.
Crunchy brown sugar and waxy peels.
