Description
An independently bottled Fettercairn single malt, distilled back in 2008 and allowed to rest in a single wine cask for 10 years. In 2018, this Highlander was bottled by Langside as part of the Hepburn's Choice series, with a release of 341 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Dried apricot, gingersnap biscuits and fresh juicy pear.
Palate
Salted caramel, fresh and fruity plums, kitchen spices and a handful of berries.
Finish
Fresh hay, with pear returning.
