Single Malt
Scotland
1 Jan 2011

A blend of peated and unpeated malt whiskies from Edradour here, with the unpeated liquid drawn from a single sherry cask, while the smoky Ballechin whisky was drawn from three bourbon casks. Earthy peat smoke, red fruit, and sweet spices make up this balanced Highlander!
Burnt caramel, honeyed baking spice, and dried cherry.
Pink peppercorn warmth and fruit and nut dark chocolate.
Lingering peat smoke with toasted fruitcake in tow.
