Edradour 1989 Season's Bottling Note

Specially Presented to Steve Poore, this is a very rare cask-strength Edradour from Signatory. It was distilled in 1989 and was bottled especially for Christmas 2002.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich notes of freshly roasted coffee beans, sultanas and spice. Ground almond, nutmeg.

Palate: Oily, spicy palate with allspice, marzipan, espresso and dried herbs. Very malty.

Finish: Apple peel and butterscotch. Black pepper.

Overall: A peppery, malty whisky from Edradour.
