A 14 year old single cask whisky from the Edradour distillery, which was distilled in August 2002 and bottled in March 2017. 690 bottles were produced (or should we say "690 stylish Ibisco decanters were produced"?!).
Well-Sherried - waves of chocolate and raisin alongside rounded barley notes.
Chewy caramels and honey. A touch of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
More of that mint chocolate chip ice cream, now topped with strawberry sauce.
