11 Year Old 2002 Barolo - Straight From The Cask Whisky

This splendid Edradour 11 year old, distilled in March 2002, was matured in a hogshead and then transferred into a Barolo red wine hogshead for finishing. After that it was popped right into 440 bottles at cask strength, hence "Straight From The Cask". Those bottles were then popped into the happy, little crates that we really quite enjoy.
