Description

Edradour and a sherry cask. There’s a pairing. This 2016 vintage spent ten years maturing in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt (#234) before Signatory bottled it for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection in September 2026. Presented at 46% ABV with natural colour, it brings together the distillery’s substantial malty character with dried fruit, citrus peel and baking spice.

Nose

Dried fruit and citrus peel, with caramel sweetness and rich malt.

Palate

Full-bodied and generously sherried, with chewy dried fruit, caramel and a cola-like sweetness.

Finish

Baking spice and dried citrus peel linger alongside the darker fruit.
