This 10-year-old Edradour forms part of Signatory Vintage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection and shows the distillery’s famously rich Highland style in full voice. Distilled in 2015 and matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt, it leans confidently into depth, warmth, and indulgent sherried character. Bottled at a natural 46% ABV and without chill filtration, it delivers weight, texture, and flavour exactly as intended, with nothing stripped back and nothing rushed.
Stewed orchard fruits, ripe apricot, vanilla pods, and gentle baking spice.
Dried fruits, sticky toffee, sweet malt, Easter biscuit, and soft oak warmth.
Long, smooth, and satisfying, with lingering fruit, spice, and rich sherry sweetness.
