This single malt from Edradour joins the Un-Chilfiltered Collection from independent bottler Signatory. Distilled in 2013, the whisky spent a decade maturing in four first-fill oloroso sherry butts, before it was bottled up without added colour or chill filtration.

Nose
Dark cherry chocolate joins roasted coffee, marmalade, and spiced, candied nuts.
Palate
Mocha and fruit-studded fudge are backed by dried citrus, plump raisins, and seasonal, cakey spice.
Finish
Fruit cake and spice linger, with more dried orange, and cinnamon.
