Description
From the Edradour Distillery comes a 10 year old single malt, distilled in May 2011 and matured for a decade before bottling in May 2021. This was released by indie bottler Signatory as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Nose
Fig Rolls, festive spice, blackberry pie, and musty oak.
Palate
Chocolate coffee beans, dried fruits, malty biscuits, and leathery wood.
Finish
Oily vanilla and cacao with spicy black pepper and cinnamon.
