10 year old single malt from Edradour, independently bottled by those stunning Signatory folks! This one was distilled back in February 2009 and left alone in a single cask for a decade, then bottled without any chill-filtration or additional colours in June 2019.

Nose
Dates and prunes, heavy Christmas spice to follow.
Palate
Dark chocolate, slightly buttery, loads of malty notes and a hint of orange oil
Finish
New leather, paprika and lingering chocolate cake richness.
