Indie Edradour 10 year old single malt, released as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection by Signatory. This Highland whisky was distilled in January 2008 and left to age for a decade, before being bottled in January 2018.

Milky coffee, malt loaf and ginger.
Palate
Baked fruit, tobacco, dark chocolate.
Finish
A hint of new leather develops late on the finish.
