An independently bottled Edradour, distilled back in November 2008. It spent a decade ageing in a single cask which was cracked open in March 2019 and bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Subtle milky latte, ginger cake and toasted sourdough.
Stewed fruit, a hint of tobacco, rich dark chocolate mocha lightened by a touch of creamy vanilla.
More tobacco and a touch of leather, with citrus peel alongside melted dark chocolate.
