Single cask single malt from Edradour, bottle without any chill-filtration whatsoever, meaning all those tasty oils are kept in the whisky. This one was distilled in May 2008 and matured for 10 years, until Signatory bottled it up in August 2018.

Nose
Chocolate digestives and brownie batter. A crackle of black pepper follows.
Palate
Gingerbread spiciness with layers of apricot and blackberry.
Finish
Banana fritters, subtle smoke.
