10 year old single malt distilled way up north at the Edradour distillery, independently bottled by Signatory. It was matured in cask #13 (superstitions be damned!) from January 2008 to September 2018, before being bottled without any chill-filtration or additional colouring.
Damson, coffee bean and a hint of toasted rye bread.
Continued coffee notes with an underlying hint of dark chocolate, supported by earthy vanilla and dried fruit.
Citrus oil cuts through the rich chocolate and dense oak on the finish.
