A 10 year old single malt from Edradour, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2018 at cask strength. Not only that, the whisky has been housed in handsome Ibisco decanters, because bottles just weren't quite fancy enough for this one.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Lemon peel, roasted almonds, banana and a touch of sawdust.
Palate
Oak continues on the palate, now paired with kumquat and Turkish delight.
Finish
A kick of clove spiciness stands out from the vanilla and grape sweetness.
