An independently bottled 10 year old Edradour, drawn from a single cask (#382, in case you were wondering). This was distilled in November 2006 and aged until January 2017, before Signatory got their hands on it and bottled it for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Sweet Oloroso, cigar box and juicy blackberry. A touch of caramel.
Cinnamon rolls, peppery oak, vanilla, cherries and coffee bean.
Fruitcake and buttered malt loaf.
