Another indie Edradour single malt, bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This 10 Year Old does exactly what it says on the tin, as it is without any chill-filtration, and it is also of natural colour. Distilled on 30th October 2006, this delightful edition (from cask 361, if you're interested), was bottled on 8th June 2017 at 46%.
Honey'd cereal, cinnamon and a touch of mocha.
Chewy caramel, sweet dates and spicy peppercorn blend over youthful oak.
Lingering sweet malt with light smoke.
