Independently bottled Edradour single malt, aged in a single cask for 10 years - from October 2006 to April 2017. Following that, this whisky was bottled by Signatory without any chill-filtration and bottled for their aptly named Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Baked apple dusted with cinnamon, chewy caramel and a hint of dark chocolate.
Palate
Plums and dried pears. Mocha, new oak and peppercorn.
Finish
Honey'd cereal and spicy clove.
