A single cask Edradour here from Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection range. This was matured in cask #41 for 10 years, from February 2005 to November 2015, before it was bottled at 46% ABV (and, of course, without chill-filtration).
Robust Sherried goodness here, with a touch of cherry and old oak.
Oily and quite rich. Toffee, chocolate and red grapes by the handful.
A subtle touch of smoke remains.
