A 10 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Edradour, bottled by Signatory for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This was distilled in May 2005 and bottled in May 2016 without any chill-filtration or additional colouring.
Apple and orange peel, crushed walnuts and a hint of raisin.
Grows spicy over time with cinnamon and pepper. Light caramel sweetness.
Lingering cereal notes.
