“Absolutely fantastic even without a splash of water.Love Sauternes finished whisky. As described above. I have to agree. In the finish chocolate with nuts than juiciness but with dry tongue. Very long. God love it”

Edradour 10 Year Old 1999 Sauternes Cask Finish - Straight from the Cask

A very tasty Sauternes finished Edradour. This was distilled on the 29th June 1999 and aged in hogsheads before being disgorged on the 29th October 2008. It was then re-racked into a Sauternes hogshead before bottling on the 4th June 2010. A release of 452 bottles.
