Edradour 10 Year Old 2011 (cask 241) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)
This single malt was distilled at Edradour back in 2011 and allowed to mature for a whole decade before being independently bottled by Signatory. Released as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, the whisky was drawn from a single cask and bottled with its natural colour. A total of 151 bottles were drawn from this cask.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Rich fruitcake spice with whiffs of fig, date and sherried oak.
Palate
Chocolate raisins and baking spice, festive biscuits with caramelised nuts, and underlying oily, malty oak.
Finish
Warming peppery spice, vanilla, and dark cocoa with lingering notes of cinnamon and dried fruits.
