An un-chillfiltered Edradour released by Signatory, this is part of their un-chillfiltered collection and it's bottled at 46%.
Notes of oak, oatmeal, sherry with some liquorice and fennel, with clove spice.
Oatmeal on the tongue, slightly peated, with some caramel and hay with floral notes. Some sherry. Benefits from the higher abv.
A short warm finish, again the abv helps.
A great, easy drinking dram for a cold night.

This is it! This whisky is not the usual smooth one that might be expected. It has bite and yet is still refined. Perfect.
... it was the first time I had ever experienced the full climax. Draw all of the innuendos you wish. Shockingly rich and beautiful.
