East London Liquor Company East London Single Malt
We present to you a no age statement single malt from none other than East London Liquor Company! This particular expression has been matured in bourbon and rye casks from California distillery Sonoma Distilling Co., along with bourbon casks from Kentucky. Eventually the spirit was bottled 47% ABV, presented in some rather handsome bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Lemon drizzle cake, vanilla shortbread and a touch of cured meat, with chocolate raisin and fresh malt.
Palate
Ground almonds, more shortbread biscuits, floral honey and fresh pancakes.
Finish
A pleasantly bitter mineral finish, with a grassy note and fresh hay.
