Dumbarton 50 Year Old 1964 (cask 11592) - The Sovereign (Hunter Laing) 70cl Whisky

50 year old single grain Scotch whisky from the Dumbarton distillery, which was sadly mothballed in 2002. It was distilled all the way back in December 1964, matured in a single refill hogshead until May 2015. It was bottled at 49.1% ABV with an outturn of 162 bottles. Not often you get to see a 50 year old single grain, and with such a high ABV too...
