Dumbarton 31 Year Old 1987 (cask 15801) - The Sovereign (Hunter Laing)
This single grain Scotch whisky was distilled in 1897 at the Dumbarton distillery, which was closed in 2002. After ageing in a single bourbon barrel for 31 patient years, this wonderfully rare whisky was bottled at cask strength by Hunter Laing for The Sovereign series.
