Orkney's Finest #13371 Bottling Note

This right here is an Old particular bottling of 16 year old single malt from... Well, from Probably Orkney's Finest Distillery, according to Douglas Laing! It was distilled in May 2003 and matured in a refill hogshead until May 2019, when it was bottled at 48.4% ABV with an outturn of 371 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Citrus freshness as it opens, developing maritime salinity along the way.

Palate: Still coastal and savoury, though touches of salted caramel give it soft sweetness.

Finish: Lasting hints of oak and chocolate biscuits.
