Probably Orkney's Finest 8 Year Old 2015 - Provenance Coastal Collection (Douglas Laing)

An Island single malt Scotch whisky that we get to enjoy courtesy of Douglas Laing, who brought it to our shores from Orkney. This 'mystery malt' (good luck guessing, there aren't many distilleries there) was aged in a single refill sherry butt which yielded 791 bottles. They were presented without colouring or chill filtration at 46% ABV in 2023 for the Provenance Coastal Collection.
