A blended malt from Douglas Laing made by vatted together a cask or Mortlach with a cask of Laphroaig - two very different whiskies from very different regions.
Linseed oil, barley malt and peat smoke. Hints of salty butter and gingerbread.
Barley sugar, stewed fruit, burnt sugar, sticking plasters and soft wood smoke.
Long and spicy with an oily, smoky character and plenty of sweetness on the tail.
