Balmenach 30 Year Old 1983 (cask 10162) - Directors' Cut (Douglas Laing) 70cl Whisky

Balmenach don't bottle their own single malt, and the majority makes its way into blends such as Hankey Bannister, of which it's a key component. It's always nice then when an independent bottling like this comes along, and this single cask release from Douglas Laing is a 30 year old! Apparently it has that burnt toast thing on the finish. We like that.
