Description

A well-sherried Deanston here, distilled in the Highlands in June 2007.

A single first-fill sherry butt held this single malt while it matured, until Signatory bottled it in February 2020 at 12 years old. Just 630 bottles were released at a burly 64.5% ABV for the Cask Strength Collection.

Nose

Cinnamon pastries and chocolate-dipped strawberry, with a hint of citrus.

Palate

Spiced oat and raisin cookie, with cooked plum and dark chocolate.

Finish

Spiced chocolate and peppery oak.
