14-year-old single malt from Dalwhinnie, distilled in 2008, finished in an oloroso sherry hogshead and independently bottled By North Star Spirits in 2022. A total of 252 bottles join North Star's Cask Series 21.
Cooked pineapple, slices of nectarine, silky honey, and waxed furniture.
A medley of sweet fruit and zesty citrus oil, bold barley, and roasted nuts.
Crushed almonds, toasted hazelnuts, biscuity malt, and raisin cookies.
