Single Malt
A wonderfully well-aged Dailuaine, distilled over in Speyside in May 1997. A pair of hogsheads kept the single malt safe and sound for over two decades, and when February 2020 came around Signatory decided it was time to bottle the whisky. A limited 405 bottles were released at an approachable 46.1% ABV for the Cask Strength Collection.
Buttered hot cross buns, stewed apple and fresh malt.
Floral oak and milk chocolate, with a pinch of tobacco and pear skin.
Pears and chocolate sauce.
