Dailuaine 15 Year Old 2005 (cask 15027) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing) 70cl Whisky

Distilled at Dailuaine in 2005, this single malt spent the next 15 years maturing in a single refill hogshead. The cask was cracked open by Douglas Laing in 2021, releasing a total of 338 bottles for its Old Particular collection, laden with layers of heather honey, biscuity malt, creamy porridge, and fruit gums.
