Indie Dailuaine single malt Scotch whisky here, matured for 15 years – from January 2005 to March 2020. Following that, it was drawn from a single sherry butt and independently bottled by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range, with an outturn of 444 50cl bottles.
Honey on rye toast, heavy vanilla, a touch of marzipan to it.
Zesty orange and lemon, followed by more vanilla and nutty notes. A big helping of festive spice later on.
Toasted marshmallow, slightly chocolate, with just a smidge of red chilli flake.
