A sherried treat from the Dailuaine Distillery, independently bottled by North Star Spirits! This one was distilled in 2007, and allowed a good ol' slumber in a refill sherry cask for 14 years, before eventually being bottled in 2021. 659 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Mouth watering notes of cherry and honey, with a smidge of toasted coconut.
Palate
Flaky pastry and waxy citrus peels, with more cherry notes following along.
Finish
A spicy finish with cinnamon and ginger.
