Distilled at Dailuaine in 2008, this single malt was matured in bourbon barrels for 13 years before bottling. In August 2021, the indie gang at Signatory decided it was about time for bottling, and they did just that! A total of 358 bottles were released as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Buttery pastry, honeyed toast, and sweet stewed stone fruits.
Palate
Raisins and vanilla cream, a herbal touch lies beneath, supported by plenty of boozy fruit and oily oak.
Finish
Herbs increase, progressing towards baking spice, cinnamon and lingering buttery vanilla.
