Dailuaine 12 Year Old 2010 (cask 15920) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
After this Dailuaine single malt was distilled in April 2010, it spent the next 12 years in a single refill hogshead cask. Eventually Douglas Laing bottled the Speysider for its Old Particular series in June 2022, with an outturn of 360 bottles at 48.4% ABV.

Nose
Candied ginger, strawberry jam, and cinnamon butter.
Palate
Peppery oak, oily barley, creamy vanilla, and golden syrup.
Finish
Runny honey, and buttered hot cross buns.
