A fabulous sherried Speysider in the form of an indie Dailuaine! Distilled in January 2008, this single malt spent its 12 years of maturation in a single sherry butt. When April 2020 came around, Douglas Laing bottled it up for its Old Particular series, with an outturn of 350 bottles at 48.4% ABV.

Nose
Candied flowers supported by oak char, toasted nuts and biscotti.
Palate
Barley sugar, candied ginger and dry baking spices, with juicy raisin sweetness.
Finish
Peppery oak and homemade jam lingers.
