Dailuaine here, drawn from a quartet of casks. The Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was distilled in 2012 and matured for a decade in dechar/rechar hogsheads. It was bottled in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for it's Un-Chilfiltered Collection, also without any added colour.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Toasted grain, baking spices, flapjacks, and candied orange peel.
Palate
Heather honey, oatcakes, warm oak, vanilla custard, and some salted caramel.
Finish
Oak char, peppery spice, and some vanilla.
