Single cask single malt from the Dailuaine Distillery, independently bottled by Douglas Laing as part of the Provenance range. This one aged in a sherry butt for a decade, from December 2010 to March 2021, and then bottled at 46% ABV with an outturn of 370 bottles.
Honeyed cereal, stewed plum, a hint of dry toast.
Spicy cinnamon and ginger, with raisin and toffee sweetness.
Brown sugar lasts and lasts on the finish.
