Independently bottled single malt from the Craigellachie distillery, drawn from a pair of bourbon barrels that matured the whisky for 9 years - from June 2008 to march 2018. Yet another tasty bottling from Signatory.
Light vanilla and lemon, with a hint of mineral-y smoke in the background.
Dried oak spices balanced by fresh apple and pear. Toffee and more vanilla.
Biscuit-y malt and soft smoke.
