An 8 year old single malt from the Craigellachie distillery, located in the Speyside region since it was founded in 1891. This whisky was independently bottled by Douglas Laing for the Single Minded range.
A bit bread-y at first, but soon develops notes of pineapple and ginger.
Lots of fresh malt notes, paired with stone fruit and caramel.
Milk chocolate and oily barley.
