Bourbon
An indie Craigellachie, matured in a pair of bourbon barrels for 8 years before being bottled by Signatory. It was distilled on the 20th June 2008 and bottled just 5 days before its 9th birthday on the 15th June 2008.
Salted popcorn, nutty malt and hints of green apple.
Buttery at first, with a hint of oatcake and caramel.
Surprisingly fruity on the finish, with hints of red berries and lemon.
