A youthful single malt from the Craigellachie distillery, independently bottled by the smashing Signatory chaps. This was distilled in June 2008 and matured in a pair of bourbon barrels for 8 years before being bottled in February 2017.
Nose Honey-roasted cashew, buttery popcorn, a hint of gristy sweetness.
Palate Grassy and fresh, with a little menthol in there too.
Finish Lots of barley notes linger on the finish.
