An indie bottling of 7 year old single malt from the Craigellachie distillery, matured in a refill butt from February 2008 to November 2015. It comes to us as part of the Provenance series, one of Douglas Laing's wonderful ranges of independently bottled Scotch whiskies.

Nose
Freshly baked muffins, along with a touch of cooking spice.
Palate
Lightly browned toast with a light spread of honey and barley sugar.
Finish
Lasting oak-y vanilla tannins.
